1. What is the objective for establishing the SpaAsia Crystal Awards?
The SpaAsia Crystal Awards is an annual event organized by SpaAsia to honour and give due recognition to the crème de la crème of the spa and wellness industry. Awarding properties and individuals in various categories, the Awards endorse through a collective voice of leaders and experts in the industry the contributions that these properties and individuals make that enhance the industry, spearhead trends, change as well as exert an overall definition for the future direction of the industry.
2. How many categories are there?

3. How do I make a submission?
Follow these steps:
i. Read the Submission Criteria for each category. criteria
ii. Purchase submission forms online. buy forms
iii. You will receive a username and password via email.
iv. Login to input your submission(s) by filling in the Submission Form(s). Login Page
v. You can save and return to the task of filling out the forms multiple times. However, you can only submit ONCE by clicking on the Submit button. Submission is considered final.
4. How much is the submission fee and what is the method of purchase?
The submission fee is USD150 per category. Payment can be made via Malaysian Ringgit cheque/draft or telegraphic transfer at:

5. Can I send the Submission Form(s) via post?
The form(s) can only be submitted online.
6. How do I submit photos/images, reports and spa menus?
All materials required by the judging panel must be submitted online. Materials can be uploaded via the Submission Form.
7. What is the deadline for submissions?
The deadline is May 30, 2008.
8. Is the SpaAsia Crystal Awards limited only to Asia?
Yes, the SpaAsia Crystal Awards are open to all brands/properties located in the Asia Pacific region – a list of countries will be displayed when you make your purchase online.
9. When will the list of nominees be published?
The list of nominees will be published on www.spaasia.com . The exact date will be determined later.
10. When will the winners be announced and is there an award ceremony?
We will reveal the winners at a glittering event – the SpaAsia Crystal Awards Gala Dinner – on October 16, 2008 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We will also publish the Winners List online at www.spaasia.com
