| Facial | There are many types of facials. A standard facial usually includes massaging the face, cleansing, toning, steaming, exfoliating and moisturizing. Other types of facials, mask and skin treatments are available at most spas. |

| Fango Therapy/ Bath/ Treatment | The Italian word for ‘mud’. Treatment utilizing various types of mud, rich in minerals and nutrients, which are mixed with oil or water and applied all over the body as a heat pack to detoxify, stimulate circulation and relieve muscular and arthritic pain. |

| Finnish Sauna | A simple form of traditional bathing that cleanses the body through perspiration. A pile of stones over a stove is heated till red-hot and then water is poured over the stones to generate the steam. To stimulate the skin’s circulation, leafy birch twigs are used to “whip” the body. |
