A spa technique that requires you to lie in a metal tube, with your head outside of the tube. Into the tube is piped hot, dry air, which circulates around the body, causing perspiration. The air element is followed by warm, soapy jets of water from all directions. This treatment is believed to help break down cellulite. It is not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia.
