Foot Scrub
Grind corncobs and walnut shells. Add the oil and salt to form a paste. Massage into the feet, rubbing harshly as you go along. Leave the paste on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water, then with cold water. This is especially good on the heel areas. |

Soothing Balm
Take two oranges, one cup of vegetable oil and one cup of sea salt. Mix together salt and oil. Slice oranges into thick rings. Dip into mixture and start rubbing all over feet. Use generously on the hardened skin areas, rubbing vigorously for ten minutes, before rinsing off. This will clean,cool and soften your feet. |

Foot Soak
Prepare a basin of warm water containing either a few cloves of crushed garlic or crushed ginger, and a dash of alcohol. Soak feet for 10 minutes. |
